This following paragraphs are based on a thought, about how we see and perceive colors.
Consider 3 people A B and C none of them are color blind and they are put to an experiment, the experiment is A and B will be shown a color painted on a board , then after that they have to pic up the same color what they have seen from a tray of colors and paint the white board.
Now the job of C is very unrealistic but its important to explain this concept, so this guy will go into heads of A and B and see what is happening as the image gets processed in there brain.
so A's Brain : let us say the light from the green colored board travels through his eyes and reaches brain now in the display section of A brains it paints what he will perceive. so to as our guy C is in his brain , he is surprised when he sees A has perceived it as an information which if C has to interpret ate he will say its Red.
now B's Brain : C laughs out loud when B interprets the color green as orange.
thus C comes out of there brain and he is pretty sure that these guys are color blind and will take red and orange from the available colors when they have to paint the board.
But to his surprise they paint it green.
Now if you think "k pack" you can quit reading now, but if you have doubts i will try it once again this time in a more logical way.
Perceiving a color : three check points !
1. the light rays from the painted board [Green Colored Board].
2. an encoder in brain. [to convert the image into neural signals & back]
3. nerve ending where the information is stored.
A's brain after the three check points, C goes inside A's brain replaces A's encoder with his and try to revert back the image stored in A's brain as neural signals and see's it as Red.
Similarly with B's brain and the color is orange.
I have tried my best !
